    • Messaging and Communication Information: Conversations you share during on-site messaging, your responses to forms or surveys.
    • Payment and Billing Information: If you make a payment; financial details such as your credit/debit card information, billing address, and invoice number (payment transactions are carried out via secure infrastructures, and such information is stored in encrypted form).
  2. Information Collected Automatically
    • Cookies and Tracking Technologies: Cookies we use while you visit and navigate the Site, browser/device recognition (device fingerprint), your IP address, preferred language, screen resolution, when and how often you visit the Site, click history, and similar technical information.

6. How Long Do We Store Your Data?

  • Membership and Profile Data: Stored until you close your account or request deletion. After your account is closed, it is archived in an access-restricted manner in line with our legal record-keeping obligations under KVKK (generally 5 years).
  • Listing and Project Information: Even if a project is completed, it may be needed for future references, disputes, or statistical analyses, so it is kept in the system for a certain period (generally 2 years) after the listing is closed. Afterwards, it may be anonymized and used as reporting data.
  • Cookie Data: Cookie retention periods vary depending on the type of cookie. Some cookies are deleted at the end of the session, while others may remain on your device for months or years.

7. Security of Your Personal Data

  • Encryption and Technical Measures: All sensitive data (passwords, payment information, etc.) is protected with strong encryption algorithms. Site logins are performed via the HTTPS protocol.
