Return Policy

Return Conditions:
The product you will return must not be damaged, unused and damaged as a result of usage errors.
Before returning, please contact us on our whatsapp line and specify the defect in the product. Then, take a picture of the cargo transportation detail information with the shipped version of the product and send it to us via WhatsApp.
If the products reach us used, worn, washed, we may have to send them back to you. In this case, no refund will be made.
You must return the product(s) you want to return with all accessories and the original box and invoice.
Returns of disposable products and products that deteriorate quickly or are likely to expire are not accepted.
